What does it cost to join 1099 Tech Services?

Nothing!!  You may use the resources on our website for free, as much     as you wish. Even registering as a tech with us is absolutely free. Right now, on our home page is a list of web sites that you should be listed with. Techs who register with 1099 Tech Service will get an e-mail notification anytime 1099 Tech gets a job listing  in their area. You have to register with 1099 Tech to received update Job listing and on Govt and Federal Contracts, but we welcome you to visit the page and interact with other Techs and share your opinion on our very interesting discussion board. Once you find a position that you wish to be submitted too. We invite you to one of our offices, we will make the preliminary contact for you, arrange an Interview and once the company notifies us of their choice we will setup your Drug Test and your Background check. And we will deal with the Company/Clients with pay. We request the client/company to pay us and we will pay you. For the first 3 months of service with the company you will be under our benefits and workerscomp. After the first 3 months we will allowed you to renegotiate your salary with the company directly. Because at this time you will be a full Independent W9 Employee. You are under no obligation to accept any positions, however we request if you do. To carry yourself with professionalism and give the client at least 30 days of service before resignations.

How do I become a Member ?

You must request an application or simply filling out our form on our website. You must complete a 1099 Tech subcontract form or request an office interview. Someone will call from 1099 Tech to complete the application process.

Because we set such high standards, we have decided that our members must be able to show experience and provide references as to their ability to provide the service requested.

What does that mean?

For instance, let's say that we get two bids for jobs:

Company A has won a project to install ATM's across the country and  they need 300 qualified techs for this project.

Company B has had a router go offline in a client’s office and they need someone to go troubleshoot the problem.

1099 Tech will handle these requests in the following way: 

Company A's project will be sent out to all registered users in the normal manner, via e-mail.  All interested parties will attempt to contact us if interested in one of our project.

Company B's request would go out immediately to our Oldest Members who provide troubleshooting services in the targeted location.  These technicians will be contact by us to make arrangements to handle the calls.

Does 1099 Tech charge me for the work orders I get from them?

No, we do not charge you anything. Unless you are under our sub-division 1099 Tech Staffing Dept.You are charged a one time $50.00 processing fee

How do you make your money?

  • The company pays 1099 Tech for the first 3 months and we pay our Techs
  • The company pays us a small finders fee and he pays the Tech Directly
  • The Company pays 1099 Tech a one time fee which includes reimbursed for background check and drug test  We also have the revenue from the onetime fee to help with the day to day operating expenses.

  Employee

This form requests the tax identification number of the contractor along with the name and address for mailing the tax forms.
